La Musardiere is situated in an ancient village in the Haute Alps region of France between Provence and the Alps, nestled in the Southern Alpes with over 300 days of sunshine a year and benefitting from Alpine Winters and Provencal Summers
There are a number of ski resorts nearby the nearest being just 20 mins drive, with La Joue du Loup and Super Devoluy 30 and 40 mins away. There are also the resorts of Ceuse, Laye, Reallon, Ancelle, Orcieres 1850 within 40-75 mins drive.
Throughout the summer there are village fetes, live music, water sports on the huge Lake, Serre Poncon, walks along the local rivers perfect for riverside BBQs, we even have one of natures own water parks with deep rock pools, waterfalls etc. great for all ages at the Gorges du Meouge
There is stunning mountain scenery, crystal clear rivers and lakes to cool off in the summer heat, pretty villages, modern towns in fact we call it one of Europe's undiscovered adventure playgrounds, with almost every activity you could wish for.

La Musardiere has 5 good size bedrooms, 3 doubles, 2 twins plus two luxury bathrooms. It has a large lounge/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, plenty of cupboard space and a boot room. Outside there is a large private garden, garage, woodshed, workshop and a 9m x 4m heated pool and patio with views of the local mountains. Surrounding the house there are plenty of areas/patios to dine outside or just soak up the sun from morning to evening.
