A shaded deck area faces the house and the secure, gated gravel parking space accommodates four cars without difficulty. Thermostatic electric radiators are installed throughout. The large garage/workshop which adjoins the house also provides the opportunity for addition of an en-suite bedroom in the existing roof area.
