Set within the lovely village of Saint Nicolas du Pelem which has all amenities including open air swimming pool, English speaking Doctors and dentists, 4 bars, Pizzeria, 3 Restaurants, Library, Mairies Office, Boulangerie, 2 Banks, Post Office, Camp Site, Hairdressers etc etc. The village is surrounded by forests with an abundance of walks and has numerous rivers and a lake for fishing. The Lac du Guerledan is some 15/20 mins away where there are beaches, watersports,restaurants, river cruises...
The village of Gouarec is 10 mins away, again with all amenities and even an English Library !! A weekly craft market is held here at the Abbeye du Bonn Repos each sunday and there are beautiful walks along the Nantes Brest Canal. Around 1 Hr 15 mins to the Airport of Brest and Dinard (cheap flights with Ryanair) and around the same to the ferry ports of St Malo and Roscoff. The nearest coastal beaches can be found 40mins away at Saint Brieuc.
