This home is situated at a privately owned park in the beautiful Vendee countryside, only 20 minutes from the beaches and the open all year port of St Gilles Croix de Vie. The park was extended in 2008 though many plots are still available. The park affords picturesque views of the Premont lake along with direct access. Owners with boats or canoes are welcome! Here you can own a luxury leisure home for use all year round.
The Vendee is a much sought after holiday destination, and the park is only a short drive from Pornic, St Gilles, Aizenay, La Roche Sur Yon, the island of Noirmoutier, Les Sable d'Olonnes, St Jean de Monts and some beautiful beaches along the South Vendee coast.
La Residence du Lac is a family run park. All homes are privately owned, on very large plots with ample space for a large deck, garden and parking space. There is a heated outdoor pool, sun terrace and well stocked fishing lake. The bar is also a good opportunity to meet other owners.
The park is easily accessible from the UK by ferry or flight, and is only 155 miles south of St Malo or 3 hours 15 minutes driving time. The nearest airport is Nantes (1 hour's drive); other airports within easy access are Rennes or La Rochelle. Why not meet us at the park and see for yourself?
