THE TOWN
Gorron is a lovely small town of 3'000 inhabitants, at the crossroads of Brittany, Normandy and the Loire Valley. Some distances from there :
- 1 hour drive to the Mont Saint Michel (70 km),
- 1 hour to Caen, leading to D-day beaches,
- 2 hours from Cherbourg, 1 ½ hour from St Malo, 3 hours from Roscoff.
One large supermarket and many specialised shops, especially in great local food, but also restaurants, cafés, doctors, dentist, pharmacy, garages. Primary and secondary schools. Cinema, swimming pool (covered and heated), indoor and outdoor sport centres, library with Internet connection. All at a few minutes walk (the house is very central).
THE HOUSE
The big advantage of this house is that it needs no maintenance when you are not there : no grass to cut or trees to trim. Nature is nevertheless very close : within a few minutes walk, you are in the countryside, reach a river and a lovely wood.
It offers 2/3 bedrooms, and an attic which could be turned into a beautiful additional bedroom with its own bathroom, or a playing room if you have children.
- Ground floor : entrance (around 10 m2), dining room (around 20 m2) with fireplace, kitchen (around 10 m2), staircase to upper floors, little courtyard (with transparent roof) with toilet,

- 2nd floor (attic composed of 2 rooms, which could be insulated and converted into a bedroom or playing room,

All external walls are made of granite stones.
Entrance door is new. Windows could be changed for double glazing to improve insulation.
Ground floor, staircase and 2 upper floors have a beautiful oak floor.
The price is "net seller", which means an additional around 5% tax, i.e. a total cost of around 75'000 Euros.
