The house comprises entrance hall leading into the dining room and on to the through lounge. Off the dining room is a fitted kitchen with an electric double fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also on ground level is a corridor leading to a bedroom (3.2m x 3m approx) with built-in wardrobe. A shower room with vanity sink and a separate WC is also accessed from this corridor.
The remainder of the ground floor, which is not included in the total habitable area measurement, comprises a laundry/utility room (5m x 2.7m approx)with washing machine and dryer, garage area (6.2m x 5.6m approx), stairs leading to a roof space (5.6m x 5.8m approx) with a dormer type window, which could be converted into another bedroom or office/study.

The pond, which has many fish and is visited by kingfishers among many other birds, is surrounded by trees on at least one side.
