In the centre of the ancient city Toulon-sur-Arroux, a village with all facilities, between the Burgundy wine region and the Morvan Natural Park, you can find this old notaries house, at the front side looking out on the city walls and church towers.
Sitting in the fully closed backyard you won’t believe that the bakery and butcher are at only 50 meters, because at the back side of the house, everything is green, with a wide view over the Arroux river.
The house has a lot of original ornaments, like marble fireplaces in nearly every room, 19th century painted wall paper in two rooms, parquet in several rooms and cement tiles in the entrance hall.
The house consists of 260 m2 on two levels.
