First floor has timber ceilings and parquet floors, heated by electric radiators. It provides for a large bedroom or living room (17m²). Adjacent is a newly fitted bathroom/WC with bath and shower unit (9m²) with fittings for the installation of a washing machine. Second floor has a timber mansard ceiling under the roof and parquet floors, heated by electric radiators. It comprises two bedrooms (10m² and 7m²). Used water is connected to the main drainage system of the village. There are two parking spaces adjacent to the house.
