There are cracks in the corners of the walls going all the way up, the owner believes that they are not getting any worse and it just needs some wall ties put in but unless you are a builder I would suggest that you take independent advice about this. I went with an English builder and he told me that you may need to dig all around the property in order to see if you need to consolidate the house all around.
