A 10-minute drive gets one to the more comprehensive shopping at Bagnoles de l'Orne, a fabulous spa town where the spa treatments complement the charm of the elegant Belle Epoque and Art Deco buildings. A 12-minute drive in the other direction finds the mediaeval town of Domfront, where the half-timbered houses and quaint streets are a delight and the shopping great.

The area around Juvigny-sous-Andaine is perfect for many outdoor pursuits, with walking, horse-riding, cycling, golf and fishing all being accessible and popular. However, the seaside is also easily accessible, being a drive of about 90 minutes, so beach days are also possible.

The cottage is connected to mains drainage and fully habitable. Public car parking in the square is free, plentiful and unrestricted.
