The House:

The former chapel was built in the early 19th century, and in more recent years tastefully converted into a house for residential use.

The current owners bought it as a ruin and restored it from the ground up, keeping the shape and remaining historical stones.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, a shower room with WC and a small storeroom. The main part of the building consists of a large living room with a beautiful open stone fireplace. A staircase, formerly stairs to the pulpit, gives access to a first mezzanine that can be used as a snug or office room.

On one side you can access a semi-circular mezzanine, on the opposite side is another higher and larger mezzanine; both are used as sleeping areas. The house is sold with all the furniture so you can move in straight away.

The exterior:

The building is in very good condition, all the remaining original features have been preserved and the renovation has kept the original aspect of the build absolutely intact.

The building is positioned on a 440m² plot, with a South-East view towards the vallée du Rhône, the pre-Alps and mont Ventoux (the kingdom of cyclists).

The remainder of the land (~2000m²) is on the other side of a small communal road and currently features a vegetable garden, as well as an 11m x 5m infinity pool, ranging from 1.40m at the shallow end to 2.30m at the deep end.
