Approach The house is situated in the centre of the town and is accessed from the pavement, up a couple of stone steps to the original wooden front door. An amazing oasis of calm! Secret Garden There is a little secret garden which is a short distance from the house. It is completely enclosed with a stone wall and has a gate to enter. Mainly laid to grass with some shrubs. Overview This is a wonderful house, full of original features but needing to be refurbished including the addition of showers or baths, as currently there are only 2 toilets and 3 basins. It is in a delightful location, close to restaurants, bars, shops and boulangeries and plentiful parking. It was centrally heated, but that has not been used for a few years and will need updating. The kitchen would also need some refurbishing. Fantastic property in the location with the addition of a secret garden!
