Former shop / café
The property also comes with a former shop / café (with drinks licence) which could be relaunched to provide additional income if desired. There are two reception areas (65m2 and 34m2), a kitchen (24m2) and a WC. There is also an outdoor raised terrace with views.
In the past, the shop catered for the local expat community selling a variety of British (and other) goods. The café, with its drinks licence, was a popular destination and the business offered space for local clubs etc to meet.
