There is notable volume throughout with the double-height living space opening onto the balcony/terrace and large bedrooms, each opening onto the terrace. The chalet sits on a sizeable plot extending below the chalet, meaning the views are protected. The owners have enjoyed the chalet exclusively as a second home, so it has been well-maintained and is in excellent condition. Location Chalet Avenieres is in Montriond just next to Morzine (3km, 5-minute drive) and the Ardent lift (6-minute drive) for ski access to Avoriaz.
